Written to be read rather than to be defensible. If anything here is unclear, ask and we will fix the wording.
What we collect from this website
Whatever you type into the form. Only your name and one way of replying — an email address or a phone number — are needed; the organization, the event and every other question are optional, and we get nothing you left blank. We also record which page you sent the form from, and if you arrived from a QR code, which code it was.
What we do with it
One person reads it and replies. We use it to have a conversation with you and to understand who the site is reaching. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to advertising or analytics vendors.
Who else handles it
Two services touch a submission on its way to us. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are a person rather than a script — it sees your browser and how it behaves, not what you typed. It runs invisibly, so there is no box to tick and nothing for you to do; the signals it collects, and what Cloudflare does with them, are set out in its own addendum. Resend carries the message to our inbox, so it does see the contents. Both operate in the United States, which is where an inquiry ends up. Neither is an advertising or analytics vendor, and neither holds it for any purpose but getting it to us.
Cookies
One signed cookie that remembers how you arrived, so we know which codes and links are working. No advertising cookies, and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Product data
Data inside the product belongs to the event organization that entered it, and is covered by the data processing agreement rather than this page.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while a conversation is live and for two years afterward. Ask us to delete yours and we will, within 30 days, and confirm it in writing.
Your rights
Access, correction, export and deletion, on request, without a form to fill in. Email is enough.
